It’s an egg-citing time of year to visit the Isle of Wight. Spring is (well hopefully) in the air as well as the scent of chocolate. We love this time of year, the days are a bit longer, the evenings are drawing out and everyone has a little ‘spring’ in their step. The Island’s attractions are open and ready to welcome excited families for a cracking Easter. So, check out our guide to the Easter Egg Hunts on the Isle of Wight and make unforgettable memories with your family.
The Great Railway Easter Hunt
6 – 21 April 2025 @ Isle of Wight Steam Railway
The railway chicks have gone quackers at Havenstreet this Easter! Follow the clues as you explore the Isle of Wight Steam Railway. Can you find them all and claim your chocolatey prize? Join the Easter Bonnet Parade at 13:15 each day, with your hats prepared at home in advance.

This event is ideal for families and nature lovers, celebrating the beauty of spring, the wonders of wildlife, and the magic that is Mottistone Gardens. Entry is £3.50 per person, which includes a dairy or vegan and free-from chocolate egg.
