The Isle of Wight Deer Farm is the first professional deer farm in the Isle of Wight. They farm red and fallow deer with a clear focus on generating high-quality venison for both local and mainland markets, as well as good genetics for other farms to increase their genetic diversity. Their aim is simple: allow the animals to be raised naturally in an open pasture, happily and healthily, to produce high quality venison based on principles of sustainable farming.
