The Beach Shack, Steephill Cove

The Beach Shack is a beautiful eatery right by the sea in the stunning Steephill Cove. Overlooking the English Channel from its picturesque terrace.

The café serves a wide selection of freshly prepared sandwiches and salads, together, with pints of juicy prawns and homemade crabcakes. Speciality dishes include the warm homemade crab tart or crab soup flavoured with Thai spices.

Trays are also available to take down to the beach, together with a comprehensive selection of hot and cold drinks and New Forest ice creams. The café is licensed to sell beer and wine.

The Beach Shack is a must-visit venue situated in Steephill Cove, one of the Island’s prettiest coves, offering a family-friendly experience and as the beach is not accessible by car, it is a perfect spot for kids to play whilst parents relax.
