Christmas Chocolate Bark

Ingredients
- 100 g milk chocolate
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 g white chocolate
- selection of festive sweets, chocolates and snacks (e.g. chocolate chips, pretzels, marshmallows, candy canes, strawberry laces) for decoration
- selection of sprinkles and stars for decoration
Instructions
- Firstly line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
- In separate bowls melt the chocolate in a glass dish over a pan of gently simmering water.
- Once melted completely carefully pour the dark chocolate onto the tray in puddles, pour in the milk and then the white chocolate in puddles they should start to join up, and use a skewer to marble the chocolate together.
- Sprinkle your decorations over the slab and leave in the fridge overnight to set.
- Break or cut into shards and wrap to give as gifts.
Notes
Use a pot of hot water to dip the knife into when cutting the chocolate bark up, this helps give you a break in the bark where you need it.
